[She grins.] I'm going to be even worse, to be honest.

We cannot know the road ahead until we have travelled it- and even then, we cannot anticipate what we may find along the way. Regardless of the future this place holds for us, so long as my memories remain intact I shall always hold you in esteem.

Even during those times when you are a fool. [ Because like he is ever any better about the whole 'staying out of trouble' thing. ]

Or unless you can see the future. Oh! Or if I could learn to travel into the future, then we'd know. [8D?] I guess we'll just have to find some way of saving each other again. I think I might believe you after awhile.

Perhaps then. [ He doesn't laugh, but it's there all the same. The subtle upquirk at the corner of his lips is demonstration of humour enough. ]

One can hope that it will be nothing so extreme as before. [ But it was only a hope, and not even one that he wasn't sure if it was in vain. ]

I've been okay! I went to this library game, but then it sort of... withered out and a lot of creeps showed up. Then I was gonna go to this game where your soul's an animal, but then my mun decided to use an older me instead.

So now it's just, like, here and sometimes memes. Which is all right, I guess.
