[There is a strange indicisiveness in his words, a feeling of being caught between two worlds - he isn't attacking or even questioning Will's interpretation, but he still feels the other interpretation, the one that puts the one over the many. There are times for all things, but with being taken out of their native context like this, there is no guide anymore.]
