The only real fairy tale type show my mun likes so far is Once Upon a Time. Whatever that is.

But, you never know! It might be really good! You got the right idea of wanting your mun to give it a chance.

She should give it a chance. If it doesn't meet her expectations, she doesn't have to watch it.
