-Anyway. I understand that this need to control things,  even control other people, is very natural, quite possibly the result of being a younger sibling or overbearing parents, however, I must ask that i be allowed to go back to my work. If you want we can set up a schedule to discuss your problems, but right now there are some people I really need to help on a case. 

That and its a little unnerving how you managed to get me here in the first place....you are aware I work with the FBI, right?

I like to think of it more like a time machine, it's simpler to think about it that way for me at least.

Oh trust me, that isn't the weirdest thing you'll be thinkin about while here. I mean there are non-human sentient beings of all sorts around here.

Well it isn't that big a stretch, I mean our ancestors must of seen something to inspire the ideas of demons and gods.

I tend to attribute the ancient images of demons and gods to a human need to describe or explain natural phenomenon they couldn't understand. That or ways to enforce religious domination by instilling the idea that only faith could save you from some sentient evil.
