I know the Cult of Skaro survived the War, although I'm not sure if they're alive now. I've heard that Dalek Caan rescued Davros and then helped to kill him, but then Dalek Caan wound up a giggling lunatic. Every once in a while a few more pop up somehow, Other knows why.

So there probably are, yeah. And if not, just wait. *He smiles slightly.* I like that you're not trying to kill everything in sight, by the way. Bit of an improvement, that.
