I see. The one I have found myself in is... more tolerable than some I have heard of. We are free to visit worlds at our leisure, at least.

If any of them have knowledge that could help my own, then yes. Although I am not sure how I feel about others being able to visit my own world.

The overlap of information might benefit a few things in your world but if the people entering are of a chaotic nature... I could imagine the problems that would arise.

I'm more concerned about those who don't know how to protect themselves being killed. [Which is pretty easy in a world that's overrun with undead. Especially when the nature of the world keeps guns and technology from ever working.]

You can warn an idiot until you run out of breath but you cannot protect all of them if they refuse to listen.

Hopefully, most of them won't be so stupid, then. And the sendings will make sure some of them don't leave the grounds of my house, at least.

I have found that the more idiotic the person is, the less inclined they are to listen. But perhaps the sendings will deter a majority of them.
