I just don't understand why you couldn't have stuck to jumping jacks as an exercise routine, Mun. It's a legitimate form of aerobic exercise! You'd burn fat quickly, and you'd exercise your legs as well as your glutes, and it'd be much less taxing on, say, your shoulder as long as you didn't move the corresponding arm too much... Not to mention, it would be so much easier to synchronize, and you'd be able to train your timing with your other teammates. Like for dancing. How else are we supposed to train for Broadway?
