Oh, she's looking but not terribly hard. She wants to get to know me better first [She finds this so sweet! :D!!]

Sounds like a plan to me. Seems like you've picked one up ain't so attached to rushing right into things. Sounds like a fine lady.

Mine, well... He's real attached to this place of his. it'd be a real feat to fit me in, and I don't rightly know if I want to go.

Yes, she's looking into a couple of places but doesn't feel like she should commit me to anywhere right off. She's impatient but yes, she is a very nice girl. I like her very much. [It's hard for her not to like anyone though!]

Oh, I'm sure you'll do just fine! What will you be doing when you get there?

[oldstrangersvoice]

That's alright. I haven't quite decided on mine yet. Sharp as a tack... but I want to be sure his intentions are the best. That girl at his precious facility has altogether too many scars, more than a young lady her age ought. I just want to be certain how many of those are fault of his before I commit to any friendships.

[He sighs] Whatever an old man can in a place like that. I know how to build...knew how to break once. Truth be told, it ain't the place for a man like me, but there are others I'd call misfits as well.

Can't help but wonder if anybody's written out the story of that place, either. Every story needs a storyteller.

Well, I hope he sends you somewhere you'll be okay at. [She ponders on the girl he mentions] That's no good... if it's somewhere that isn't a good place. Just, don't give up okay? If they send you there have some faith you'll be okay! Maybe it will work out.

[oldstrangersvoice]

Not me I'd be worried about if I did. [he shakes his head] Naw. It ain't a good place, that's for sure.

And I doubt the gods are going to help. Even if they are alive, we ain't never been on speaking terms, exactly.

Don't you be worried about me none, miss. I'm a stubborn man, old habits, you know.

Besides. It ain't a proper story unless there's someone there to tell it.
