I said I would be perfectly happy going anywhere and everywhere because, frankly, being stuck in one place for an extended amount of time doesn't come off as very appealing to me. Yes, I know I said that Rory looks lonely but it's just the truth! He does! Actually, he doesn't just look lonely, he is lonely because we all know very well how much Rory needs his dear wife.

But, all right, since you insist. And, yes, you are the one insisting, I didn't say "apply me there", I said "Rory looks lonely" and tried to make sense of the mechanics and the Gods because that's what I do. You can't show me something new and strange and then expect me to leave it alone!

He's one of my companions, the other half of the Ponds. It's a long story, but he was made a plastic Roman once and he waited by the other Pond's - that is, his wife - side for two-thousand years to make sure she was protected rather than come with me two-thousand years into the future.

I thought he had nothing like that in him, at first, but he surprised me.
