On the contrary, there have been little incidents at Holly Heights as of yet. Of course, I expect that to change as the number of residents increase and the sample pool from which individuals come widens. It follows that with a general population increase the at-risk and potentially dangerous individuals shall increase as well. Whether or not I have those to judge is irrelevant; there is no harm done with adequate preparation.
