Mayfield going into end game has finally sunk in.

Well...

We do have until January, and there's still Hogwarts after that.

Besides, even after the game ends, you'll still have the friends you made. Really, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

You don't have to worry about me, either. I'm sure you'll find somewhere new for me after Mayfield, if you want to. Although I do kind of think what you already have will be plenty... Anyway, I doubt I'll have to say goodbye to everyone.

It's a universal Once-ler philosophy. When in doubt, set a booby trap of infinite doom and hide behind it.

Well, the booby traps are pretty neat.

But hiding... Really isn't worth it.

Well... You might think that, but I have a lot of experience with hiding.

I like to think I'm getting the hang of it.

...I guess you don't have people who kidnap you and foil any and all hiding attempts?

Only all the time. I don't get a month's rest before one of my dear 'friends' decides I need to go outside and kidnaps me.
