Mun is considering sending her to the Tower. AU!Platina disapproves, but...
...
[Unfortunately, due to shenanigans in her AU, Platina can't speak.
She'd really like to, considering everything.
Thankfully, she can write, and so she writes the following:]
I don't approve of what you're doing, but it really isn't like I have a choice, in the end. Not everyone there is cruel, so you say. I hope that's true. I've heard terrible things about what happens to people there, but...to be honest, it really can't get worse, don't you think?
At least Lucian didn't have to see this. I hope he's happy, wherever he is, and that he's been reunited with his sister.

I can assure you that Lucian is well. And that you shall be as well, when you go to the Tower.

(After all, standing and writing is just uncomfortable.)]
Thank you, Miss. I'm glad to know Lucian is all right.
Thank you for saying such a kind thing.
[She doesn't know if it will be the truth when she gets there - after all, isn't the Tower an unkind place? - but...she's glad someone means well, here.]

He is. [Totes not mentioning the part where she collected his soul.]
I promise you that you will be safe there.
no subject
I believe you.
[It's strange, but she does. Maybe it's because she is clearly a Valkyrie, like the woman who-- like in Lassen-- and the Valkyries do not lie. Maybe it's because they share the same face - she'd ask about it, it's strange, but if this woman is a goddess then, well...
It's not for a servant to question the ways of the gods, is it? So she just smiles again, and nods.]

[The urge to just wrap her arms around the girl is overwhelming but Lenneth can't lower herself to that level. Not yet. This girl is part of her and yet not, at the same time.]
I will see you there. [Hopefully, before there is any chance of danger.]

[It's painfully obvious that's what she is, but unlike the dark one, she...means well. There's kindness as well as duty behind her actions, it's clear.
After writing that, she stands up and curtsies slightly, smiling.]

He smiles and approaches her. Oh, he can speak so all's good, right?
he'll protect her.
So have the wizard approaching her and looking at whatever it is she wrote on. ]
... My, can you not speak?
no subject
Still, he's asked a question, so she has to answer.]
I have not been able to speak since Master Belenus
[...she tries to write and erases for a moment. Died? Was killed? Was taken?]
died.
[He died because the Valkyrie came, because that thing killed Asaka and he died and now where are they going to go? ... It's not a pleasant memory.]

[ He was one of her.... It makes no sense, but he's been told this tower open the doors to impossible event in alternate realities. Maybe even the future he twisted himself.
Ah, perfect... He keeps a chuckle for himself and smiles warmly to her. ]
You need not worry about this tower and what happens in it. I shall protect you.

Nevertheless, she has to write something, doesn't she? At least she doesn't have to say it. There are some advantages...]
I thank you for your kind words, Sir.

[ He looks so nice and is so sweet! He'll totally protect her from every danger while in the tower, he promises. ]
Wait for us to be in the tower. There is much i desire to speak of with you--
[ So much. ]

Please do not overstrain yourself in doing so, Sir.

I am not the Valkyrie you know, mortal.
While it's a fair survival mechanism to identify and yield to those of greater power than yourself, that is not necessary in this case.
VICTORY
[ He chuckles. ]
Unfortunately you have neither the authority nor the power to command me out, Valkyrie.
/punches you in the dick over and over and over again

Self-introspection is not your strong point, is it?

[Aelia blinked, rubbing her eyes. She could have sworn that had been Lenenth, but something seemed off. She didn't have the same air as the same death goddess that had recruited her.]
no subject
I am sorry, you seem to have mistaken me for someone else, Miss. My name is Platina.
no subject
Then what happened to your voice?
[Granted, this was just an assumption, and Odin probably cured it, but she had to make sure.]
no subject
I have not been able to speak since Master Belenus died.
no subject
But how are you in servitude to humans? Did you not die when you fled with Lucian at the meadow?
no subject
Our attempted flight failed, Miss. Mother caught us, and we were unable to leave Coriander.
