By the gods, are you ever satisfied, Lady Mun? You already keep me from my duty in one place, whatever for do you want sending me to another? A land of gardens and tranquility is ill-fit for a knight such as me. I have a country and a princess to protect, and these distractions serve neither cause well at all. I thought you took pride in your chivalry; prove it by letting me do my warrior's charge.

And yes, I am most aware that Princess Ovelia is coming with. She has a throne to ascend to, and I have it to defend. Neither of us should be there, but I suppose if there was anyone I were to be stuck with there, I would choose no other, as selfish as that is.

Maybe not, but you never know. You have to be careful around peaceful havens sometimes--and even so, you're sure to start caring about other people, too.

A knight's duty truly is never done, it seems. I just pray that anyone I am set to encounter there is more trustworthy than those back home.
