I know you were putting it off because of the whole getting canceled thing, but it feels good, doesn't it? The Avengers saved the world at least three dozen times, and Hawkeye only complained for ninety five percent of it. I think that's a record.

Besides, the writers didn't have a chance to make a civil war between the heroes before it got canceled, so there's a plus. And I don't have to deal with Hill breathing down my throat to register before saving people, so double plus! I'm liking this more and more the more we talk about it.

So. Where am I headed? I am heading somewhere, right? ...No? Why not? Come on, don't give me that, you have plenty of time for me. ...Seriously? Man, you are such a downer.

No, you didn't, but usually offending the big bads makes them angry enough to out themselves. Doesn't seem to be the case with you. What's so irritating about us, anyway?

[Is he supposed to be able to feel all this wiggling around you're doing right now? Because this is really rude of you to dig around in places you shouldn't go, like how he keeps mental tabs on all of his family, and then his arc reactor is a whole different story no one should just know about.]

Actually, I was homeschooled. Dad taught me until I was sixteen. I spent my last two years at high school with Rhodey and Pepper.

You mean the implant? I had one. The jet dad and I were on got attacked. The suit's force field was the only reason I survived, but my chest and heart were damaged.
