It was not a necessary risk; there was no need to do the testing right away. It could have been done at a later time and under more controlled circumstances.

But yes, he has broken the restraints, and I'm sure he will make short order of the locked door and orderlies. However, I think chances are good that he'll become distracted by the other patients.
