I dunno, probably. I mean...this one time he dropped me in the future. And another time I got put in the middle of this frozen wasteland with a cranky talking cat.

Oh and this one time I got dropped in a world with Toothless but he kept wandering off.

Yeah no kidding. Last I saw he was charging into battle with a little monster on his back. He can't really fly you know but he's still pretty fast on his four.

...yeah, I know. [Why, hello guilt complex. How are you.] He's got strong legs though. I swear he let me catch him that first time I put the saddle on him.

Oh yeah um...see in the place we ended up meeting everyone gets a little monster partner to fight alongside with. And the stronger you get the stronger they get. See that way even weak people can be protected from the bigger scarier monsters.

I got this annoying little pest of a dragon named Dracomon. He was so full of himself I just had to keep punching him in his stupid smug face.

A world full of monsters, but you fight alongside them? And how do you make them stronger by getting stronger?

Well yeah some of them. Some of the monsters are jerks though so you gotta fight against them.

Oh well the way it was explained to me was like...it's this emotional bond thing. The more you and your monster are connected then the stronger you both are. Like if Toothless was your monster you guys would be unstoppable.

Then if they get strong enough they get like...bigger. They change shapes. It doesn't last long but it's pretty cool to watch. Mine got all fangy.

Strength powered by an emotional bond...that'd be...that'd be amazing to see! And what do you mean doesn't last long? How do they change shapes?

Well it usually lasts as long as you can keep up the energy you know. The rush of battle. Or if they get hurt too much they'll change back, or if you get hurt too much or knocked out ya know?

It's kinda magic I guess. Glowly lights, sparkles.

As it stands right now I'm stuck. Mun won't let me go anywhere till he's ready to. And I guess I'm gonna get captured like right away which sucks.

I shouldn't like those warriors in the movie, they beat the Vikings apparently. But I gotta say, I like their style.
