We've got through the painful part.  I'm grateful for the opportunity to get away, though this is a bit more literal than I expected.  There's no one I really know there; the man that I would won't know me.  Perhaps that's how it should be.  Is it wrong to think of this as my real chance to figure out who I am?  I won't run or hide from the things I have done, but is it wrong to anticipate the chance to move around so freely?

Heavens knows how difficult it is to have an identity crisis in the middle of a much more important global crisis.

Ah... but one thing.
 
I appreciate how much thought you're putting into this process; all the same, I would rather not have a yak as my constant companion.  They are very nice, useful animals, but they're also rather large.  I can think of quite a lot of situations where a yak would make things difficult.  Even an especially clever soul-yak.  And no, I don't imagine I can use my powers to shrink him down for convenience.  Considering he would be my soul, that seems incredibly unwise.

if it's a frills yak I'm afraid I've got no idea what to do for him. Uh... outside of helping find frilly things for him to wear. Does lace count as frilly? Could we make a yak cravat?

I think there's a possibility we could make a yak cravat. A yak sweater, no, but certainly a cravat.
