That would not be ideal. Quarians were not particularly appetizing in my cycle, and there wasn't much meat on their bones - the best option in terms of a meal would be the humans.

If I wasn't dextro-based and humans are essentially toxic to me, I might've reconsidered. I still can't see Quarians as being particularly sustaining, they are vegetarians primarily.
