If you are younger than the Loki he knows, he should still remember how his Loki looked as a child. If you two look nothing alike, you can still use your skills to prove your Loki-ness.

Frankly, knowing Thor he will be happy to have another brother even if the whole matter of how he acquired one is confusing.
