Being green hasn't gotten any easier.
Hey!
I'd say you're a sight for sore eyes, but ... I'd be lying.
Now before you get all offended at me, just lemme say sure, it's great the whole gang's here. Only one problem. The whole gang consists of programs even worse than the usual pernicious crowd. Take Red and Yellow here for example, like I said before, pretty sure they still want me dead. (Again.) Have you even seen how the little one looks at me? And don't even get me started on the silent... no. No; the other, other crazy silent one. Think she's a lady. (Maybe.)
But that's not important. Anyway, what I'm trying to get at here is that while I've got no idea what her problem is, I'm pretty sure she's a couple bits short of a byte.
Then you've got the real bits. They're cute and all, but what're you going to do with all of them? They just float around in this big empty system you got here (I'm talking about your head by the way) and argue with each other. Occasionally there's even a very small collision. Drama, I know. But seriously, have you ever heard a bit debate? Trust me, it gets old real fast.
And I get it, you're busy doing your User thing out there, and I'm an ISO, hell, I don't even come with a User. But hey, uh, User...
How about letting your favourite (and only) Bostrumite out once in a while to stretch his legs? Maybe take a recognizer out for a spin? What d'you say?
Oh come on, don't look at me like that, it'll be fun.
Just, just lemme out of here. I gotta get away from the other guys.
I'll owe you one.

So hey, what's being hugged to death like? 'Cause I've heard it's a pain.

Gonna have to find out the hard way like the rest of us.

You here to join the rest of the pack?

[He ducks, bobbing on the balls of his feet, bringing his hands up like a boxer that's evaded a punch. Then he throws a couple
playpunches of his own, going wide each time.]You're pretty good at this. D'you practice?
no subject
yes! [Dodges Gibson's hands, darting in for a couple of feints of its own, then bobs closer, nudging his arm in a spiky friendly fashion.]
no subject
Y'know, System Utilities could always use a hardworking bit like you.

[/UNSURE.
Freezes, considering this, and then drifts slowly to one side. Then zips behind Gibson's head, moving to stay behind him when he turns to follow it.]

Boo!

Hey, hey, it's okay.
[He cups both hands, lifting them up but still a respectful distance from the little thing.]
Why don't you sit down, take a load off?
no subject
...yesyesyes. [Loops around his outstretched hands and then plops into them, stellating contentedly.]
no subject
Careful, keep all that cute going, [he says as he gently shifts the bit into one palm instead of two] and I might get attached.

[And clearly it's the bit here, who really knows what's going on.]

[every program needs a Bit or two, right? :D]

Aww, you'll make a great personal bit someday. Tell you what, if I ever meet an ISO that could use a little extra computing power, I'll put in a good word for you. How's that sound?
[He gives the thing a little bounce in his hand. Nothing too jarring, but still interrupting its adorable luxuriating]

Bit bobs up into the air again, clearly reluctant but with no hard feelings.] ..yes; yesyes.~

Go do your thing, little guy.

Your user likely to listen, though?

And hard to say. Users, y'know; they can be kind of fickle. Uh. No offense.
