..[Her dream was to see the lights of Zanarkand Stadium with him. Her dream was for the people of Spira to live without fear. Other things--in the end--she couldn't.

Because even if she was with him, she'd never forget. ]

..Bringing the Calm to Spira, is my dream, yes.

Maybe if you go - to this dream place? Maybe then you'll be better able to look after those people. My dream isn't anything like that. But maybe? [ she smiles hopefully ] Maybe you'll learn something that can help you.

My mother told me the reason she can go into the world and stay safe is because she has more experience than I do. Maybe having experience might be good. You know?

To learn about the world ..to see it with your own eyes, can be ..hard, but the experiences, the laughter that comes from the journeys you make. Are truly..invaluable.

Me? [ Immediately her eyes go bright, her face coming alive with the enthusiasm and purpose nursed all those years. ] I want to see the floating lights! I've been waiting my whole life to see them up close; it's been my dream for as long as I can remember. Flynn Rider was SUPPOSED to be my guide, but... [ she sighs, dashing the thought with a small smile ] Is...that what you were doing before your mun decided to bring you here? Seeing the world?

[She looks pretty interested, leaning in with a soft, friendly smile. ]

The floating lights? There is a city called Zanarkand full of lights--just like those, in a stadium lit up at night. I suppose..it's a selfish wish of mine. But I..[wanted] want to see them someday.

I have traveled all of Spira for the pilgrimage, going to each temple--I've seen many amazing things. I'm truly grateful for the chance.

By the way--my name is Yuna. Pleased to meet you.

Selfish! [ Is it a selfish wish? Mother seemed to think so. There had been such anger in her face after Rapunzel had asked, such ferocious hurt. But Yuna's regard is a welcome distraction. ]

Is Zanarkand a kingdom? That's where the floating - the lanterns are, the kingdom. But before now I'd never been out of my tower. [ she smiles, tugs at a bit of hair ] I'd like to see...temples. Pilgrimages. It must be so - so incredible. Seeing all those things all over the world? Oh! I'm Rapunzel. Do you have just one name too? Most everyone else I've met has two!

Ah, no it's a city actually. A great city that never sleeps. And there is a stadium where they play blitzball and the Zanarkand Abes always are in the lead..

[In a seperate world. Where the ruins of Zanarkand aren't at her feet and she isn't walking to her death for the sake of millions. ]

I'm usually called 'Summoner Yuna' but..really, just Yuna is all. And you are just Rapunzel?

Just Rapunzel! I'm...afraid I don't know what a Summoner is, though. Or a stadium. And is a blitzball anything like "being blitzed"? That's what Mother says after she has too much drink, buuuut I've never been allowed to have any. OH! And what's an abe? [ Honestly it all sounds so glamorous: a city made of light and sound, with people and buildings and "temples". Complete bewilderment notwithstanding, it sounds to her like something worth dreaming for. ]

I suppose you wouldn't. You aren't from Spira, after all.
Um--well, a Summoner is the only means to defeat Sin. With aeons they gather from praying at temples, they journey to the end of the world, Zanarkand, and summon the final aeon. Defeating Sin.

[And dying.]

It's a term to use when you start playing. Like..[Yuna flushes, and tries to imitate Tidus] 'Let's Blitz!'

As for an Abe...I'm not certain.

But --my greatest dream, is for the people of Spira to be happy.
