The intellectual and cultural movement that affirms the possibility and desirability of fundamentally improving the human condition through applied reason, especially by developing and making widely available fontechnologies to eliminate aging and to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities.

In other words, Luke...shall we chop off your arm and replace it with a fontech prosthesis? I promise it'll be better than the one you have now. [ And it won't hurt at all. ]
