You already tried that, Malgus. It didn't work.

When I said I agreed with you in principle, I meant it. Though your efforts ended up weakening and dividing the Empire further, while allowing fools like Regus to gain credibility. And I wasn't the only Dark Council member who supported allowing more aliens into our ranks.
