"Beast" is the masculine usually, and in some way not able to be seen as a fit companion. It can be physical, but it can be personality wise. A gruff, arrogant man, or one who is just to close to a monster in appearance. "Beauty" Usually always sticks to a classic ideal, and usually is the female party. A true lady, with silk hiding steel, and kindness in spades.
