AU Marvel Apes Speedball for an Exiles game

Whaddya mean I have to team up with some pink, hairless freakoids?

Excuse, me but just because we don't have fur doesn't mean we're "freakoids".

I mean, humans did evolve from apes, after all.

Technically speaking, we could call you a freakoid, as you're the talking chimpanzee.

Oh, yes. That's not going to get old. At least you're kind of cute.

At one point I would have agreed with you, from a slightly different perspective. Or at least been just as comfortable in a form more akin to yours.

The 'paleskins' do grow on you after a while though.

Stuck in one body, but yes. Technically speaking, you're genetically much more similar to the humans than I am to either of you.

You probably won't if you call them that.

Rather harsh words, Robbie.

Some, certainly. But not the right to be insulting. And given that your reality seems to largely mimic that of the rest of us, save for a more simian evolutionary track, we can hardly be the strangest things you have seen.

Humans are hardly hairless.

Furless, yes. And while their hair is sparse in density that doesn't mean much. Especially when any of your 'google' searches will yield plenty exceptions to that rule.

You may not have asked for it but I'm pretty certain you're in need of much more than a simple science lesson.
