That's great, mun! I'm glad you guys finished the log, I think it'll be a great prologue to what you guys have got planned.
But uh, about the other stuff you two were talking about, do we really have to go through with it? I mean, just because we have a penchant for "Amusing injuries" as you put it...
I'm not complaining, I'm just asking you to think through it? I don't really want to be a news headline, even if I would be fine.

Not bothering to hide himself since he's pretty sure he's referring to the bit where he stops Chris from dying]no subject
Good thing he's experienced with reading nonverbal communication.]A platypus? [Momentary surprise, and then he smiles.] Ohh, Perry, right? My brother's mun has someone like you around.
no subject
It still involves amusing injuries, so good enough.Anyway, "someone like"? He's not quite sure if you mean he has some platypus lying around or if Doofenshimrtz somehow cloned him in his sleep... or the third option that it's him from another universe/dimension.]

So since he can't really ask questions about what he's talking about, he points to Chris with a quizzical look and hopes he gets the idea.]

Oh, when we get around to testing out our Creature Power Suits after changing the way they work, my mun and Martin's have the idea for us to get into... trouble. [Eyeroll.] Painful trouble.
[Blame the show. They do it to themselves half the time.]

Which is where the trouble starts...

Chris seems considerably less chatty about how his inventions work than Doofenshmirtzthere's no harm in trying to learn more about this thing, right?]no subject
Not that Chris completely knows how it works anyway, that's Aviva's department. He watches Perry with a slight smile, then chuckles a bit.]Wanna see a demonstration?
[Why not? Too bad Martin's the one with platypus powers, but surely he can figure out a different, but equally as good, one to show off.]

Chris, are you hurt? If you are then we should probably find a medic.

in rather cartoony fashion.]no subject
[Seriously, oh Munificent one? It's not that funny. This is his brother you're talking about injuring.
Even if the circumstances are almost too absurd to not be amusing.]no subject

...
Aaand have a firm pat on the back, Chris.]
Well, at least just like in that fic, you'll be fine! So no worries, right?
no subject
I hope. It'd be nice if my mun could decide just HOW damaged I am in the fic, though.
no subject
...Your mun isn't thinking of bringing back that acrophobia thing again?
[Wait...do phobias count as damage?]
no subject
[Then after a moment, he snickers.] Besides, with the idea that formed about the end of the fic, I'm not sure I mind that part.
no subject
Huh...good point...
That's rough, Bro.
[At least his smile is sympathetic, although that last bit has definitely made him curious.]
Oh, really? What's the idea?
no subject
[He snickers a bit.] Oh come on, I'm not about to ruin it! You'll have to wait and see.
no subject
[No faaaaaiiirr. Course he's snickering as well right after he says that.]
Hah, I do like surprises. Just so long as I don't end up a full grown oak tree again or something.
...Even if that was pretty cool.
[Cool. But also weird.]
no subject
[He laughs.] Yeah, it was pretty cool, but I'd rather be a creature over a plant ANY day. No more blades of grass.
Ever. [Another snicker.]
no subject
Agreed. No more grass.
...
...Although now my mun is trying to think up a way for us to use those power discs again at Ink City.
[Because being stuck as blades of grass in a place where most of the citizens don't pay any attention at all to what they're walking on is a fantastic idea.]
