I don't care if it makes no difference here; what matters is it making a difference in my canonverse! No one respects me enough as a side character, so I just have to be the main character to get the respect I deserve.

Oh sure, you can say that so easily after being in a game where you're NOT a secret character! Sure, the developers might not want me to be a main character, but what about what I want? Does no one listen to what I want anymore?

Besides, no one's going to beat that damn Plenair in popularity; let's face it.

Oh please, fans of Nippon Ichi games absolutely love 4th wall shatterers and witty characters who end most of their attacks with explosions. Besides, I'm just as powerful as they come; Overlord Zetta himself took me on as an apprentice and I surpassed him years ago!

I just don't get how I can be so popular and not get my own game in response. Where the hell's the logic in that?

Although I can't really comment on the fourth wall shattering, I've found that having a great deal of power isn't half as important as what one does with all of that power.

[Oh, has he ever seen some youthful exuberance lead to misuse of power in his time...and he's kind of feeling this Overlord Zetta guy's pain with such an apprentice.]

(It's all his fault; she was once cute and wide-eyed, but then she pretty much took on his ego.)

It's not too difficult; the simplest things involve raiding other games and fighting the main character for his or her role. Sometimes you blow up their worlds and sometimes you don't.

Oh, and meeting up with the developers plenty of times to remind them to keep working on my game. That's important.

Blowing up worlds seems a bit extreme. All that over what basically boils down to a personality contest?

(That'd be one way, but...at the time, Zetta was a book. She picked up his attitude because he broke her, man. Like, seriously broke her. She doesn't seem to mind, though; now she's badass.)

It's not just a personality contest; it's about getting what I deserve and I deserve my own game!

Well they're annoying me with their inaction! If they can't realize just how unfair they're being, then I'll have to meet with them more often and send them more angry letters!

Perhaps things would go more smoothly if you didn't behave in such a spoiled and entitled fashion. These things take time, and I'm sure they're working on it. If you continue bothering them, then the time they take to deal with you is time taken away from their work.

At least they gave you your updated sprite in the re-release of Dark Hero Days instead of just only giving you the Makai Kingdom one like they did the first go-around.

...But look at it this way, at least you haven't been in DLCs that leave you completely out of character.
