[He's only vaguely heard of Ra's al Ghul, but he at least knows about the Lazarus Pits.]

Oh, please. Do you know how many rookie super-zeroes try to make a name for themselves by killing me? Even the Boy Blunder tried flying solo and went to take me on by himself - I don't know if you heard about that, but it ended poorly for the lad. [From what's been implied in the Arkham games, Joker has killed Jason Todd in that universe, but there's nothing to indicate that he's back as the Red Hood.]
