That does not mean you can't take pride in it. [He summons an illusion of Fenrir: large enough for the wolf's size to be intimidating, but transparent and unable to interact with either of them.]

[The elf starts, brands flickering to life. Once he's sure of the image is just that, he settles his gaze on Loki.]

[Loki keeps his eyes on the image of the wolf for a moment longer before flicking his wrist, turning the snarling image into that of a pup: all large paws and lolling tongue. The puppy gives a playful yip at the God and takes the hem of his cloak into his mouth, tugging gleefully.

Finally Loki redirects his gaze to the man standing before him, a slight smile on his lips, and the brands catch his attention.] Those are interesting accoutrements.

[Fenris is less amused, keeping his gaze upon Loki. Eyes narrowing, he wonders how fast Loki is, and how strong.]

What are you?

The mortal's reaction has the unfortunate consequence of bringing Loki's mischievous side out and the smile turns a bit evil.]
