One more, brand new, moment in...not a chance in Hell!
Hi, can we talk, redhead to redhead?
We both have a similar feeling about certain story arcs that have come my way, I might be using a few more colorful words than you are about them. I liked my life the way it was, I don't particularly care for it being used as a plot device.
I heard the excuse, married couples are 'dramatically inert,' if that's so true why are their so many stories about married couples in every other medium? I've played dozens of married women in soaps and on stage. My life in particular had more drama than I wanted more of the time, so that argument is pure crap.
I'm not saying you can change an industry, I know you can't; and I know that there are people out there who probably really like how the stories are going now. But how about you and me agree that none of it happened? We'll retcon the retcon right out.
So, if that works for you, it works for me.

[He actually does, he just refuses to acknowledge any of it actually happened most of the time]
But if I did, I'd say we have the exact same idea about all of this.

Better for staying sane. And not depressed.

I can help stop the bad guys and kidnappers.

As far as my mun's concerned, none of that stuff ever happened.
Never can have too much Parker.
No reason for any of it to have happened. I'd like to go back to work and work on my marriage and try to maybe have a family. I don't think that's asking too much.

If someone has talent, they can make even the mundane seem special. Otherwise, the slice-of-life genre wouldn't exist, would it?
[He smiles under the mask, even though she can't see it.]
And it's definitely not asking too much. You deserve some normalcy. We all do, every once in a while.

If that wasn't the case I wouldn't be in show biz now would I?
I'm a fan of normal, at least twenty normal minutes a day would be great.

Any amount of downtime where I don't immediately pass out from sheer exhaustion is good enough for me.

Tell me about it, hot bath, cold wine, soft music... downtime is my friend.

Sounds wonderful. If only I could get a few of those villain-types to agree to a week of no shenanigans, then maybe we'd have enough time to recharge.

If you can do that, Tiger, you have a whole new career in politics.
and off to bed with me :[

I'll put in an order for jackets, we need jackets.
adding to the spiderpile... sort of...
I think that's a very wise decision, Mrs. Parker.
Besides, those sort of deals never end well. Trust me.
Oh goody! Come on in!
