Well, not to you, anyway.
I expect you want me to tell you that it's going to be fine. That it'll all work out. That it's for the best. It won't and it's not. But you already know that. There's nothing that makes what happened to you alright. But there's happier days ahead... although, you already know that, too. Healing... it's not... well, you know- linear. But it happens, sometimes when we're watching but more often than not, when we're looking away. That's just the nature of living.
And it's not my fault I have his face. You can't go around being face-ist.
It is what it is, until it isn't. But I'll let you in on a little secret - that's when it becomes something else. And the whole cycle starts afresh. Just make sure you're holding onto people that are holding back this time.
You'll be fine.
