...The Royal Canterlot Voice? Why would you ask me about that? It's not something I use anymore; everypony in Equestria can hear me just fine without it.

Er... no, no of course not! [Ack, she can't be dishonest to the Princess, even technically.] I mean... not for such frivolous reasons. If I'm staying up late it's only because I had to pull an all-nighter... or because one of my Pokemon snuck out on me and I had to go find them, but that doesn't happen often.

I would hope so. A world where everyone's the same would be... actually really creepy.

That's a function of the world I've gone to, Princess. Apparently, having a pony as a Pokemon Trainer wouldn't work well. And we aren't allowed magic or powers there either...

Well, I won't claim I've been very happy about that particular change, but I've had a look at some of the other "games" around here and frankly... it could be a lot worse.

I don't know much about any of my... other selves, but I do know a bit about a few other games where my mun says a few of them are.

It's not good news, Princess. Some of these places are simply awful.

I can't allow such things to happen, especially not if you and your friends are always in danger.

I appreciate that, I really do, but... As much as it frightens me to even say it, I'm afraid that the forces behind these games are too much even for you, Princess. Scientists who can change bodies, memories, even personalities... Insane Artificial Intelligences in charge of an inescapable facility... a mysterious shifting castle that seems to bring others in of its own accord, and so, so many others. These places are... they're nothing like anything we've seen back in Equestria. Some of them sound even worse than Discord.

(Oh how Celestia would've loved to say something in response, but she knows Twilight speaks the truth. Reluctantly, she sighs.)

Very well; I trust your judgment, Twilight Sparkle. Though I may not have much power in those games, I will ensure that you, your friends and all of the other versions can be at peace here.

Well, you could come to Johto... I'd be more than happy to see you. But you'd lose your powers, and start with only a weak Pokemon to defend you.

it is a very possible option. However, Riki tells me he has only just recently sent a character there, a Mr...Dante? I'm not familiar with anyone by that name. Perhaps you've met him?

Dante... no, I don't recall hearing anything about him, though my mundane seems familiar with the name. Something about pizza... and demons?

A demon hunter, yes. If he ever gives you trouble, please come to me about it; I will speak to him, if the need presents itself.

I'll keep that in mind, but... If he hunts demons for a living, he can't be that bad of a person, can he?

He seems to be a good person, although very rough around the edges, rude, arrogant and has an unhealthy fondness of alcohol...but from what Riki tells me, he's still a good person...somehow.

Well, those are definitely flaws, but hardly crippling. Take away the alcohol and he sounds a bit like Rainbow Dash.
