A two-parter that didn't need the Elements of Harmony...well, that's not too bad of a change; Shining and Cadence were so beautiful and happy together.

I'm just glad that they can now be happy together...and I have a big sister now! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! (Bounding around happily.)

No... no, I really can't. I mean, I was practically like that just from seeing my friends again, I can only imagine how I'm going to feel about this when the shock finally wears off.

[That's mostly why she isn't squeeing herself - she's still kind of in shock about it, given the whole... everything involved in the mess.]

It'll be taken care of in time. The games we're thrown in tend to be unnecessarily cruel, but moments like this really help my mood perk up.

I guess all games have that risk of taking away our friends, don't they?

Yeah. Yeah, they do. I... kind of broke down for a bit, there, and I might've gotten almost as bad as when we faced Discord, if it weren't for Applejack showing up again.

...how bad is it over there? My mun is always keeping a lookout other games to play; I might not be able to go, but he'll find someone.

Giant robots outnumber everyone else, but my mun has more problems with that than I do, especially since they've called a ceasefire. Instead, we've just got the normal problems. Ponies disappearing days after they show up, manipulative opportunists trying to spin everything in their favor, lobster-clawed drag queens with the power of nightmares... you know.

The usual.

Fun times. Those mods must absolutely love coming up with all kinds of wacky nonsense to throw at us, lethal or otherwise.

Personally, I wouldn't mind being in one of those "slice of life" games my mun always talks about. At least things back in Equestria never got as bad as they do on the internet.

It's just that the 'slice of life' involves death frosting, it seems.

Frosting made from tainted milk, I bet. Maybe yours got the supply from Mayfield; there's nothing like wondering when your daily activities will kill you and how uncomfortable you feel when you wake up the next day.

I wish it wasn't. I just want to enjoy my honeymoon somewhere quiet. Besides, Cadence still needs some time to recover after being trapped in the caves.

What I want to know is how the Changeling Queen even got to Canterlot. Threats against Equestria have really been piling up lately.

Probably the same way she manipulated everyone: disguising herself as Cadence while imprisoning the real one.

I have no idea why everypony is so interested in attacking Equestria, but at least we've done away with all of the ones we have so far.

By the way, that last spell you and Cadence did...what was that? Well, I know it was the barrier spell to keep the changelings away, but that's the power of love, isn't it?
