You've done it. It's final upon them accepting me. I still don't like the canon point you've chosen for me but I know by now arguing about it is pointless. I'll do what I've always done; I'll push on.

I'm not going to tell them about what's happening back home. I can't put that on them on top of everything else they're going through right now. I'll bear this burden alone. As well as the burden of watching the traitor when he appears. I may not be King anymore but I still have a responsibility to my people and to my friends. And I won't let them down. Not again.

The people were afraid and I will admit Naugus is more powerful than I am. But he does not have their best interests at heart. And I know they'll see that soon.

Yes, I suppose you're right. Naugus isn't the type to be able to hold back his true nature for very long. But in the meantime he has your people all to himself; Some King's would find that just as worrisome. Especially considering his power.

I do find it worrisome. But I have to have faith in my friends and my people. And I do.

Your friends are under the same rule as your people. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they found themselves in the same situation as yourself eventually. [ She thinks for a moment. ] I find it an entertaining idea that it could mean that the entire Kingdom is going to fall apart from the inside after all this time.

It would be most convenient thing for them to wipe themselves out. However, I hope they make themselves useful and take Eggman with them.

...I hate to admit it but in a sense I can respect you for that. I too would do anything for my people to help them.
