Is it just me, or is the whole world getting funnier by the second? Pretending that their lives are peachy-keen and full of strawberries and rainbows while they plop down on their fat bottoms and watch the latest reality TV show.

[He pauses, and gives a short, soft laugh.]

I say give me a show, and watch what happens. I'd show them all the humor in their failure of a life. The priorities of people these days are nothing but a sick gag! A big joke. They always have been of course, but it's all so much worse now. Makes me want to show them more than ever how close we all are to being a bunch of sniveling, cackling madmen.

We're so close, I can feel it. I can smell it in the air~ All the people need is that one tiiiiiny little push out the window to start their free-fall. Who better to give them that push than me?

[There's a glint in his eyes as he giggles softly to himself..]

[Joker pulls out a wallet and out roll the pictures of Joker and Lex in one of those picture booths. Of course the smiling Lex Luthor is a cardboard cut-out...]

Not anymore. [He grabs the 'cardboard cut-out' and destroys it] I thought my death would be the last time I saw your face.

You died and I missed it!? I must've been busy getting my hair done.

Oh, that must have been such a tragedy for you to miss it.

It has its' pros and cons. Pro? You died, duh. Another pro? I've probably killed you a million times better in my head anyway.
