mun was looking at beyondthewardrobe but would love suggestions, too!
[So her mun finally has plenty of icon space to muck about with.
But where does that leave her?
She's just a white wolf to the majority of people, after all. Those who know her as the sun god, the mother of all and origin of god, are few and far between.
But where to go?
Have you ever seen a wolf look this thoughtful before?]

GUN? WHAT IS THAT?
Sorry, bro. Ancient Japan.]
no subject
Still, he shows Ammy his solar gun.)
Guns are weapons that mostly used for mid-to-long range combat. While normal guns require bullets to fire, my solar gun requires sunlight, which it condenses into bullets it can shoot.
no subject
Yami being the ultimate evil.
So it is without hesitation that moves back a bit, alert should this "gun" try to do anything to attack her or anyone else. She doesn't trust it, that much is easy to see.]
no subject
I'm sorry if it bothers you. It might not look fancy, but it's something I trust wholeheartedly. I'll admit that it's a dangerous weapon, but I would never use on innocent people...or wolves. I only use it to battle the undead.

Her fur is still lifted, her eyes drawn back tightly, but she pads over slowly, sniffing the air as if she could detect whether this gun was for good or for evil.
I AM MORE THAN A WOLF, DJANGO. I AM THE SUN GOD AND MOTHER OF ALL.]
no subject
The gun itself has no life of its own; it's simply a device Django uses, but since he's had it for so long, it likely has his scent: a fresh summer day and apples. The boy loves apples.
At the moment, Django is...trying to compute this. A god...of the sun...
BRB bowing to his knees in respect. Speaking to a god in a manner other than the utmost formalities?! FOR SHAME, SOLAR BOY)
F-forgive my rudeness, great goddess of the sun!
no subject
Oh gosh, don't do that, little sun boy. Amaterasu makes a whining sound as she immediately jumps to push her snout against his face, finally opening her jaws carefully to grab his collar. Don't do that! That's too far!
But with his connection to the sun, if he's listening, he may hear her maternal voice...if he listens.
Don't do that! Sit, sit, be calm!]
no subject
The voice combined her being so close and grabbing his collar helps him settle down. He's still surprised about this, but he nods in understanding as he reverts to sitting cross legged in front of Ammy. After a deep breath, he officially calms himself. He's a touch speechless at the moment, but calm.)
no subject
She moves to sit in front of him.
Or not. She's just going to lie down and rest her head against his knee, panting for a moment as dark eyes move about the area. A god in the guise of the wolf who acts like the sweetest little dog a boy could have. Nothing to be alarmed about!
There's no need for all of that, little one.]
no subject
It's the fact that there's a sun goddess in that disguise that alarms him! But he remains calm and composed, hesitantly petting her head if she'll allow.)
I'm sorry for that. The sun means very much to me and I've never met with a goddess before, but I guess I overreacted.
no subject
If your weapon draws power from the sun, I assumed it meant a lot to you. I have not heard of a solar child, however. Would you mind speaking about it?]
no subject
It does. It was once my father's, but I inherited it after he fell to his rival...
The Solar Children was a tribe who had a very close alignment with the sun, so much that they could benefit from it more than regular humans could. If channeled, solar children could use that power for magic. They also developed technology that benefited from the sun as they did, like my gun, for example. They never took it for granted and appreciated each day the sun graced them with its presence; it was their way of life.
...but where there is light, there is also darkness; The Immortals detested sunlight because it was the one thing that could truly destroy them. I can't remember all of the details, but one day, they led an attacked on the Solar Tribe...the only survivors were myself, my father and my brother, Sabata.
My father, Ringo, was a legendary vampire hunter. He taught me everything he knew in preparation for the one day I would take his place...a day that arrived much sooner than it should have. The immortals kidnapped my brother and he ventured into the city of the dead, Istrakan, to save him. He left me his gun and his scarf...but he never returned...
(Not the most cheerful of origins, that's for sure.)
no subject
She doesn't know vampire from Adam, but that doesn't mean she can't follow. Immortals, she knows, being one herself and all. Celestials, as well. She remains quiet save a few pleased noises when his scratchings get to certain spots, but she doesn't make to interrupt him through action or voice.
Though the mun is amused his dad's name is Ringo, thinking of Beatles Ringo shhhYou remind me of someone I know, she says quietly after he's done, rolling her head so she can see him. Funny enough, he's from the Moon Tribe.]
no subject
Silly Beatles making things so complicated for DjangoThough mention of a moon tribe interests him.)
Is that so? Was he a friend of yours?
no subject
A friend? Yes, and a wonderful one. He is the only one left of the Moon Tribe.
She has thought about Kaguya, too, but that will take more information to say either way on.]
no subject
I see...the lunar tribe in your world must've gone through as much difficulty as mine.
(And Django immediately thinks of his own mother, Mani. Solar and Lunar Tribes never have it easy, do they?)
no subject
Nope. Seems not. Sorry, little guy.
Every people will face adversity. It is how they respond and what they make of such things that determines the outcome. If Waka had not had such a will to survive and to, as he saw, "right his wrongs," there would be none of the Moon Tribe left.
While others may fault him for his heritage, even himself, Amaterasu never will. Waka fought with her to the very end. She does not forget.]
no subject
I can respect that. Admire that, actually. The will to survive is a very powerful thing, something in every living being. To have that and the will to make amends is a rare combination; he sounds like a great man.
(Not like he would fault Waka for who he is. Django's made it through rough patches before (note: he has vampire blood in him}, so he can definitely sympathize with the will to right wrongs.)
no subject
He is a very great man. I am proud and honored to have fought alongside him.
She feels the same about Oki, but this boy hasn't said anything about being able to transform into a half-beast. But wait!
What is a vampire?]
no subject
Vampires are creatures of darkness that feed off of the blood of innocent people to extend their lifespans. The ones from my world called themselves immortals, but they're certainly not as divine as you are. They've tried many times to make themselves the dominant species many times, but I prevent them from spreading their darkness across the world.
no subject
They feed off of blood?
My my, that sounds rather bizarre. She has nothing to compare it to, which is what she's searching her memory of. Did she make vampires? No? Did Yami have them out and about? So much in her head to go through...but no, it does not sound familiar.
It does, however, remind her of the little doll in Madame Fawn's, and the strange dolls in the Sunken Ship of Ryoshima Coast. Hmm. I have never heard of such creatures, and not all who are immortal are of good intentions.]
no subject
(Totally giving her more petting, as if to emphasize his point.)
Perhaps it's best that they don't exist in your world; they truly are malicious.
no subject
That is most unfortunate.
SORRY SHE'S LISTENING BUT ohhhh crap there goes that back leg THIS IS UNDIGNIFIED]
no subject
(As if e didn't notice that back leg. So...much...cute...
...yeah, there's no holding it back anymore; the solar boy is now giving you one (1) hug. SO SORRY HE COULD NOT RESIST)
