Well, being the "brains" of brains, brawns and magic, does have its disadvantages. For all my worldly knowledge, not all of it can be applicable in the heat of danger, and I often find myself lacking the necessary resources when it comes to ultimately saving myself and my companions.

Or, to put it in layman's terms, I have the weight of a wet noodle and the same amount of strength. I need to exercise more.
