traitorouslordcommander: (that cannot be excused) (✦ But there are some things)

it's been just over three years since the official servers shut down, and yet......

Well, well, well. The mighty Mundane deigns to visit. Not surprising, considering how you've been pining to relive the memories of that futile struggle.

[ Futile? Hello, did you forget that, you know... the Battleborn won? ]

In one way, yes. But we both know that it was a temporary victory — in the end, even Solus succumbed to the dark, if you really think about it. It only took... what, five cycles of your Terran sun?

[ Sooooooo, about that. ]

About what? Solus is gone, Mundane, what else could there possibly be for you to prattle on about?

[ There's this tiny little thing called the Reborn Project that makes it possible for me to replay the game offline. ]

[ YOU'RE GETTING PULLED OUTTA STASIS, RENDAIN MY OLD PAL. ]

I beg your pardon? You're only active in a single scene at the moment, which isn't even on this website. Why would you drag me out into the cesspool of your headspace?

[ Well, for starters, because it's been three years and I do what I want. Also, a certain frog would love to see you again. ]

[ Buuuuuut if you don't want to play ball, I can wake up Reyna, or Rath, or Phoebe. Or would you rather I go fetch Orendi? She's sound asleep right now, imagine all the chaotic energy she'd bring back— ]

Ugh, fine. I'll play along with your little game — for now. I can't imagine you'll stick with it for very long.

[ Battleborn is redownloading as I type, Rendain. ]

[ You're stuck with me for the foreseeable future. Sorry not sorry. ]
