How do I feel about spirits? Is that what you asked?
[Some serious, intent consideration.]
Do you mean ghosts? I haven't given them much thought.
They must be less lonely than I am. ...not that I mind when he visits. It's the other one - the loud one - that is unwelcome.

Excuse me, weren't you the one who said "I wouldn't mind keeping you company"? So apparently I'm not so loud as to be unbearable for you! You should count your blessings.

[He huffs and crosses his arms. Honestly, you would think after a millennia or two Ganymede would have grasped that by now.]
And besides, you've been given your way out, remember? So you can't blame me any longer; I can't make you go mad.

But you can make me mad. To think someone like you has to be Apollo.
[His favorite god.]
Did you ever hear any of my prayers?

[Apollo actually doesn't retort to that because. Well. All of his philosophical debates with Hades, confusing as they are, have made him more and more curious about the point of his own identity and existence. It's not something he wants to get into with Ganymede.]
I'm surprised you would ask that, considering how you still reject the idea of me as Apollo. [Might be side-stepping the question a bit.]

[A Apollo, he hopes.]

[But whether Ganymede likes it or not he did hear them. After all, he didn't just choose the boy on a complete whim.]

[Ganymede's temper is about like his after all, so he can take a decent guess about how that situation would go.]

[ he is, as is in his nature, nondescript. a roll of dark shadows and an easy sigh if a bit bemused.
for now, save a brief twinge that could be a smirk, he stays silent. ]
