[Haruka has 1. Some time. In the past. Somewhere. Maybe? Michiru lets herself enjoy the kiss and the warmth that is Haruka. There is always that scent of motor oil and the wind around her partner; a comforting presence that had made all that they had gone through that much easier. When Haruka voices her concern, Michiru smiles and leans to kiss her cheek, then press against her soft lips again]

Not a single thing, dear.

[ Any note of condescension Michiru's voice may hold is lost on her as soon as their lips meet again. It draws a bit of a laugh from her, even, and the smile on her lips is genuinely pleased. ]

... Yeah, good.

[ Damn it, Michiru. You're cute. ]

[She thinks Haruka lets her win sometimes. She kisses her again]

... Well, that's... [ Mumble, grumble, mumble. Of course she rationally knows this, and there's no sense in having doubts when they've been to death and back together, but those thoughts nag at her heedless of reason, and she can't help it, and maybe this stuff's just nice to hear sometimes--

[Oh. She chuckles and brushes her nose against Haruka's.]

[She brings Haruka's hand up to her lips and kisses each finger.]

[ ... Oh. That's-- a lot more indulgence than she was expecting. Her heart stutters for a good, palpable second -- amazing how Michiru can so effortlessly get it to, still -- as Haruka stares down at her face, wordlessly.

It's another moment before she pieces a response together. Her cheeks are feeling distinctly warmer, and she swallows in some useless attempt at gulping the heat back down. ]

Uh... y-yeah. Me too, Michiru.

[ Yup. Haruka Tenoh, world-renown smooth-talker, right here. ]
