as good of an idea as this voice test is!!

Alright, let’s you and me get down to business! And if you could please save all of your questions until after I finish with these instructions, it'd be appreciated muchly. (Remember, mate! Set your phone to vibrate! And don’t forget to pick up a flier and some more refreshments on the way out.)

So as I was saying, in Dodgeball: The Musical, we'll have chairs scattered all over the gymnasium floor, okay? Like musical chairs, except not only will you be responsible for sitting down when the music stops, you’ll also be responsible for trying to take the other members out while the music's still playing. W-with the ball, of course...

That's where things get interesting, you see, there's strategy involved. You also have the choice to use the game ball to knock over a chair instead of another player. Once that happens, that chair is like hot lava. You can't touch it! But watch out—if you knock a chair over with your body, it’s an instant out! Hit the benches, son, you're going home! Besides that, it's Battle Royale, every man for himself!

...B-but to be honest, DB:TM is still in its planning stages, so I can’t really say anything about the collateral damage risk... I-I figured that we'd cross that bridge once we get there...

For now, let’s teach you the best way to throw a dodge ball—! I'm kinda proud of my technique, if I do say so, myself. It’s all in the wrists, you see, and there’s a little bit of hip movement, but it’s nothing you shouldn’t be able to handle. Although it looks rather special, all there is to it is this small (but vital!) heel rotation at one-hundred-forty degrees that you have to pull off, and then it’s really just—

. . .

… w-why are you ducking your head like that?

Um, fine, I think. Did you just say "collateral damage," Inoue?
