what have i done
Oh? So this is the part where I'm supposed to thank you, is it? I suppose if nothing else I should applaud your taste, but I can't find it in myself to applaud your thinking. It's been well over a decade since you last revisited my story, has it not? And as of now you are only... twenty of these "episodes" in, meaning you have made it approximately one-ninth of the way.
Which is very troublesome for me. Technically I haven't even met Sango yet, to say nothing of the many other important (although less so) occurrences that shaped my fate. So perhaps instead of sitting there choosing my words for me, you could return to the task at hand and get me properly up to speed? This humble monk thanks you in advance for your no doubt immediate cooperation.
Ah, and about this inappropriate username... no, on second thought I think I understand! Even with your limited progress through the series, you must understand the purity of my character and nobility of my intentions. It may be that I judged you too harshly, mundane. I'll reconsider my hasty opinion at once.

That username is perfect. I couldn't resist.
[Calling her the most important occurrence in your character arc is not going to get you off the hook, sir.]
i labored over thinking of one for way too long so i'm glad
Or perhaps, even with a reversal in the flow of time itself, I could not bring myself to forget you.
[ If at first you don't succeed, try try again - because if you don't get off the hook from Sango the consequences tend to be painful. ]
Worth it.
It's this place. There's no fourth wall. Or at least there's less of one. You can know things and people you're not necessarily supposed to.
thank you! /o/
Has this place treated you well, at least?

[ ... He's actually reaching out to do it, too, not that this probably comes as any surprise to her. ]

(Her lips curve playfully.) How intimate?

[ ... anyone he may have seen in indecent conditions was under his watch for protection from evil spirits. It's totally different. ]
But on the subject of intimacy... I would be happy to answer your question - and more - but first there is one thing I must ask of you.

[She glances above his head seeming to see something that surprised her.]
Wait, you're actually tough? I thought you were just some guy in weird robes.

[ A wordy way of not really saying anything one way or the other, and he follows up quickly to try and dodge the point altogether. ]
I don't blame you for thinking as much - when I first saw someone from your time, I recall thinking very similarly about her garb. But make no mistake - when the need arises, I battle fiercely. For instance, to protect such a stunning visage as yourself, I would practically become a demon myself in your defense.

[She's seen enough weird stuff to accept this at face value.]
Though if you really met someone from my time you should of realized that only works on gullible girls.
[Definitely giving you a flat look here.]
Even if you have a high level that doesn't mean you're that strong.
"Observe"
[She said it like a spell, but Miroku wouldn't see anything. She however seemed to.]
Wow these stats are pretty good too. Decent strength. Surprisingly good intelligence and wisdom. You're way smarter than you let on.
[Her eyes scanned down an invisible page until she saw something that caught her attention.]
Wind Tunnel? What's that? Looks like it's a status effect and skill?

[ It's true - lecherous though he may be, he would certainly throw himself into the fray a thousand times to protect a beautiful girl. Well, unless the girl happens to be a demon trying to rip his throat out, but we all have exceptions to our rules.
He seems a bit puzzled as she speaks to herself - a little put off, perhaps, that she's talking about him while he's standing right in front of her - but the last thing she says is what catches his attention, and his eyes widen in reflection of that. ]
You can see...? Ah, so that's it. "Observe" - I thought it strange to just say aloud, but it was some sort of incantation after all.
[ He raises his wrapped hand, making sure the prayer beads stay securely in place. ]
My Wind Tunnel... to call it a skill might be a falsehood, since it isn't something I learned, and the only status it inflicts is complete erasure. Once something is sucked into my Wind Tunnel, it will never again see daylight.

Oh right sorry usually your types seem to have some idea about all this stuff so I didn't think to explain it to you.
I have a unique ability called "The Gamer" it'd be hard to explain to somebody from the past like you, but one of the things it lets me do is view your capabilities in certain areas based on numbered statistics. So your physical strength for example is above average. If I had to guess you've trained your body one way or another. I still know people that outclass you there, but you have other ways of making up for it.
[She nods as she looks at something else.]
Well by status effect I mean it's something that normally shouldn't be there or effects you some way positive or negatively. In this case it's a curse that-
[She seemed to read something and a grim expression came over her.]
I'm sorry.
[It's all that she could think to say.]
