[Carol knew the walls of Alexandria wouldn't stand for long. Things eventually find a way to get inside if they wanted to badly enough and the attackers did just that. They came in quick and those of them who survived only left behind a bloody graveyard. Thank God she was able to kill most of them...]

I took care of it.... [She replied lowly as her body shifted slightly. Though as many as she killed didn't make up for the Alexandrians she couldn't save]
