It was enough to make Link break his concealment spell, ofuda flaking around him in a feathery, fiery dust.]

[Nea turns to stare at him calmly, looking over the other man and giving a slight tilt of his head. He's seen this person somewhere... Ah, that's right. He was in Tim's recordings of Allen quite frequently. However...]

Oh. I thought you were dead.

[He isn't a man to mince his words.]

[Link straightens, taking in a slow breath while absently adjusting the collar of his coat. This is no time to get emotional, as much as he'd hoped his reunion with Allen wouldn't be quite like... this.]

I imagine you have seen quite a few dead men in your lifetime, 14th.

[familiciding]

[The Noah laughs for a moment before smiling beatifically and taking a step forward.]

I guess I have. So why are you here, Mr. Howard Link? If you've come to recapture Allen it unfortunately seems like he wasn't brought here along with me so your trip was for nothing. And... If you're here to attempt to capture me I'll have to decline.

[Link stands his ground, expression grown stern, tension radiating around him.]

I... have no intention of capturing you. My duty as Walker's observer has not ended despite my apparent death, nor your... awakening.

[familiciding]

[If Nea notices the tense aura he doesn't show it, expression staying casual as he stops in front of Link.]

Hm. I see. Well, I suppose as long as you don't get in my way that's fine. While you're with the Order you're not an Exorcist, so to be honest I don't care what you do.

Have you already forgotten? I am a dead man. There is not much I can accomplish, is there?

[Link finally averts his gaze from the Noah's bright eyes, a seemingly permanent frown settling on his lips.

At least Nea doesn't really resemble Allen. Were he occupying Allen's body, this would be all the much more... difficult.]

[This isn't a face he planned to ever see. It may have been who he planned to lose his identity to should he lose that battle, but to come face to face...

He's struck silent, eyes wide as he realizes who it is he's seeing.]

[Well this is surreal. Nea has seen himself in a mirror through Allen's own eyes while possessing him before, but there was something much different about this scenario.

Of course that doesn't stop him from smiling pleasantly.]

[This is much more face to face than...mind to mind? He doesn't know. He doesn't even know if he's dreaming or hallucinating or if this is another step in the process.

Eyes continue to look at him, surprised. So, there was only one way to end this trauma.

Allen's finger goes out to poke Nea's chest. He was only satisfied when his hand doesn't go through his form.]

[..... Well that certainly wasn't the kind of reaction he had expected from the Exorcist.

Nea isn't sure if that was endearing, stupid, brave, or some combination of all three. He chuckles.]

Heh... Of course I am.

[Where Nea is concerned, it's hard to know what to think. Allen spends most of his time fighting him, this is probably the most calm he's been around the Noah.]

You have your own body now?

[More importantly, he'll stop trying to take Allen's?]

[There's a nod and another smile.]

[On one hand, this was a face she never wanted to see again. After everything that has happened, is happening and will happen. He's standing right here. On the other hand, he's family and a part of the Earl. So, her feelings are mixed. On the third hand, Rhode's mun is just confused by EVERYTHING

[Oh. Well he hadn't really expected to run into any of the others until he had dealt with Mana first... But nothing had really been going as planned recently so he supposes it can't be helped.]

[She doesn't quite know how to react. There is a part of her that just wishes to run over and embrace him. While the other part of her is telling her to be ready to attack. She slowly unclenches her fists and looks at him]

Nea, you're here. It has been a long time since we last saw each other.

Knowing this family there's a 50/50 chance

[Nea is inwardly just as prepared to attack if necessary. He fortunately doesn't have Allen's subconscious (or Innocence) in his way at the moment, so it's much easier in a fight-or-flight situation like this. But for the moment he just smiles calmly.]

It certainly has, thirty-five years. You haven't changed a bit.

True. There is no telling with this family. Anything can go

[She seemly relaxes but remains ready to fight at a moments notice. He didn't kill her all those years ago, for whatever reason, and she won't give him a chance now. Nonetheless, she cocks her head and gives him a playful little smile]

Why thank you. I've always preferred this form than others. Not to mention, I can choose any dress I like.

Heh... I see you haven't changed in that way, either. It's almost a relief.

[He makes idle chatter, but as usual his mind is working to plan ahead. He doesn't sense any of the others nearby, but then again it's unlikely that they would make it so easy to track them down given their last... Encounters. He glances around briefly and lets out a thoughtful hum.]
