You yourself are aware of the likelihood I will be able to meet any of them here. And... it is better this way. I cannot imagine how I should face any of them now. Whether I wish it or not is of little consequence. The trouble I have caused them is... This is for the best.

As for the other thoughts on your mind-- The idea of starting a new in some other world...

Perhaps there is another way in which to view the situation. Troubling as it is, from my own experience it may be possible at least to...right some wrongs. A second chance can be such a valuable opportunity.

There may be some truth to that. Some wrongs may yet be righted; mistakes corrected, errors mended... [Ah. He's rambling, along with his thoughts.] I'm not certain. But if I am indeed given such an opportunity then I shall do my best not to waste it.

It's quite uncanny how many different ways this story has played out.

It is certainly a reckless venture, but hopefully your mind can be put at ease by some of the facts about these other worlds.

Not all the people you will come across are average. There are plenty here that would be more than a match for him should he rear his head.

Similarly you will have access to knowledge and tools more than either of us could of ever dreamed of. Perhaps you may yet find something to repair the situation or at least hold it at bay.
