Considering Cosmographia

Isn't that user name a little... on the nose, mun?

It's almost like you couldn't come up with anything clever.

Hey, at least your name describes you.

Just because I agreed when Thor called me an odd little Frost Giant didn't mean that I actually was one.

I've been misnomered. Misnamed? Misnomed. Something.

Sometimes, they just run out of name ideas. It happens. I'd take it as a compliment since it's nothing insulting.
trickonometry: well your fashion sense got better. dunno about your morals. (you're grown Kid Loki huh?)

It's totally an unnecessary distinction. Also: stupid. You're smart in every universe.
trickonometry: yeah, let's hope they never meet. (your Hera and my Hera should hang.)

Ugh, I know right? It's so frustrating! Are me and Greg Pak the only ones who get it? I mean, how else would you account for all possibilities and choose what's the best course of action so you don't kill innocents? In all that destruction--pff! There's no way.
trickonometry: hahhhhhh I crack myself up (your ugly mug's kind of a dead giveaway)

oh man same. big reason why mcu frustrates me. so difficult to find good comics too...

Speak not of the Cinematic Universe, Big Man. It's painful enough as it is.

I think the problem is all those writers have ever really dealt with anger on the level that you two do. Anger's mad intelligent. If it was the dumb thing in every meaning of the word that they think it is, we wouldn't have war and murder and Monopoly family night.

Could have been worse.

I was almost frostbutt.
trickonometry: (Curiouser and curiouser...)

yes yes! I agree. mcu Bruce is fun and cuter than 616 and I like Ruffalo. Hulk always gets shafted

[personal profile] trickonometry 2015-05-07 06:49 pm (UTC)(link)
No, I got that feeling. To be honest though, I haven't come across a comic serial that didn't allow you to talk, so. And you know me, well--maybe you don't, but--I do research, I'm the go-to "knows everything" guy. So I've done some reading.

Well okay, there was that time Matt Murdock defended you back in the stippling era and you were gagged--which is totes legal guys good job go America--and probs when Doc Samson separated you two and you went mindless destructo. Y'know what yeah, this is sad.

Long as we're on this thread, how are the cartoons?
oddlittlefrostgiant: (Iceman: Uh What?)

[personal profile] oddlittlefrostgiant 2015-05-07 06:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah. I get the frostbite joke he was trying to go for, buuuut.

No.
trickonometry: the sad thing is. I can see him saying this (what the hey hey broski)

haha! mcu Bruce is my fave too, but World War Hulk continuity is my fave Hulk

Well you're def tempting my mun to watch it too, so here you are, wreaking havoc yet again. Guess if you're gonna make it for kids though, you can't keep it as dark and depressing as our lives usually are.
trickonometry: well your fashion sense got better. dunno about your morals. (you're grown Kid Loki huh?)

Figures. They'd be surprised how much kids can take or understand. I'd bet they're grossly underestimating their audience.

I mean, unless it was written for toddlers. Please tell me it wasn't written for toddlers.

[personal profile] mama_rhodes 2015-05-07 10:03 pm (UTC)(link)
Why is that? I may not be a scientist but you worked quite hard to get your degree, Dr. Banner.

[personal profile] mama_rhodes 2015-05-07 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
[She nods, even if she's surprised.] Alright. My name is Roberta Rhodes. It's a pleasure to meet you. My mun's a fan of yours. [She holds out her hand for him to shake, if he likes.]

[personal profile] mama_rhodes 2015-05-07 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
That's my son. [She immediately straightens up and tries not to squee, because her baby James is all grown up and she's so proud, but he's never been thrilled with her gushing about him. Boys and their pride; who can figure that kinda thing out?] Have you met him? [and the more pressing follow-up:] I'm so sorry if Tony's influence on him has made him a little snarkier than he should be sometimes. He means well.
