I know her. She'll get what she wants eventually. If not Kefka, then someone else. Likely even worse. I've seen what kind of company she keeps.

I've heard stories. The Major and a man calling himself "Rider", just to name a few. There have also been reports of a man parading as death, killing in the name of justice, and of a vampire woman more dangerous than any beast we may have encountered. It's not safe where I am.
