One does wonder.

[ Latin was that language they talked in when they weren't talking in other tongues so he just shrugs, notices that he has string wrapped around his hand and tries to tug it off. ]

[There was also the fact that her idea of a priest was that of a Catholic. And she was a Protestant. The only things that weren't Latin were Greek to her. Metaphorically speaking.]

This one has been told that one tends to ask too many questions before one has has managed to understand the answer to the first.

Normally, this is the part where I'd suggest you give it a good talking to. But I also know that probably won't work.

My Master would say that it's better to train it through some practice and then send this one to work on his footing. At least one would be too tired to ask more questions after.

Although, I'm a little surprised. I wouldn't have thought you the type. But then, I guess that goes to show how little first impressions sometimes mean.

One would think that appearances are the most deceptive part of one, since it is easy enough to disguise the truth of one's self through a little bit of acting.

This one is only a simple wanderer, that I am. One only wishes to learn more of the world and see what all the world holds, that I do.

[True enough, although Phryne was never really one for disguises outside the line of duty. She preferred to remain true to exactly who she was.]

Not a bad outlook on life. Though wandering sounds a bit slow for my tastes. I prefer motoring.
