kay, have to admit, this is more than a little weird for me. Yeah, I write fan-fiction and I've dabbled with rp in my time, but I never thought someone would want to play as me. That's just... Ah! It's amazing in a kind of completely scary way. Have I done enough to considered being played? Have you read enough? Are we both ready for this?

Oh, yeah, um, you know you're going to have to read up on my religion right? I know I don't follow it as strictly but... it's still an important part of who I am. And if I'm not me, at the core, I'm not... anyone. Right? 

I just... I hope we can do this mun. You and me together. We'll try, right? That's the best we can do!

Sometimes... sometimes it can feel like the best I can just might not be enough. I'm trying to be a hero like the others, and to be the best one I can be for where I am. But I don't really like hurting people much, and I know Wolverine said that there's no choice more often than not but... I just wish there was more choice. Does... is that a bad thing?

You were helping to lead a huge group of people to safety, and had to defend them against the evil robot aliens that wanted to use them for experiments. [She's very enthusiastic about her fics. And she does her best with the spelling and grammar.]

I actually intend to write a fanfic with Kamala in at some point.

[Lockheed listens to her words intently from his perched position. Whilst he might appear like a little dragon he is back home a veteran of many long violent campaigns against the forces of the insectoid and parasitic Brood. So he does know conflict well, even before he met Kitty and the X-Men.] Well... yeh wanting to just help people and not hurt people is pretty noble. Though sometimes there are bad guys yeh have to fight. And ones you might have to kill. I was in a war in space against some very bad aliens called the Brood. They ain't the type to give up.

End of the day yeh right not to want to kill people or really hurt them because that's yeh choice. Heroes just sometimes have to make hard choices. So there ain't a right answer, I guess. Logan has his way, yeh don't have to be the same.

[Her fan fiction was more pleasing to hear about and he smiled broadly, which must look odd on a dragon.] Sounds like the kind of thing Heed would do. I hope yeh gave Kitty something big and awesome to do! She and me often save the day together, along with the X-Men.

I'm sure you will write an awesome fic! Also, sorry if voice is wrong.

[Kamala really listens as Lockheed explains to her. And she does mean really listens, not that half listening she does sometimes at the weekend lesson.] My choice... That's the problem though, right? As a hero... you're expected to always make the right choice. The wrong one... It could lead to things being really bad.

[ooc: Thanks, it's hopefully going to be good, it's a Captain America/Captain Britain/Captain Marvel crossover story, but the intention is that I have a selection of teams the three captains are tied to, one of which will be a version of the Mighty Avengers led by Carol which has Ms Marvel on the team, together with Spider-Man, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Doctor Strange, Spider-Woman and She Hulk. And she should get the chance to meet Faizia Hussain, the other major muslim female super hero from MI-13. And not at all, you seem fine to me! I keep debating how much Lockheed should talk anyway, but musing a character who is mute or squarks alien wouldn't work well.]

[Lockheed only wishes Mr Quentin Quire had been a quarter as attentive as Kamala is, since even space dragons have to be supply teachers sometimes.] Yeah, well sometimes there might not be a right choice. But it seems like yeh always try to do it, and that's the important thing!

Good, we're like the best tag team ever. I would invite yeh to meet her but... well, Cyclops is kinda keeping things to a low on his team so... no hard feelings, kay?

Oh! Oh, that's completely fine. I wouldn't really be allowed to go out and visit other heroes anyway. Ammi wouldn't find it appropriate, unless maybe Aamir went with me, and that... that would mean I'd need to tell my family about the whole hero thing, and I don't think I'm ready to do that yet.

No one said being a hero was easy. Look on the bright side... yeh look human for a start. I'm sure all those other young hero types like that Nova and that new Ghost Rider and them Young Avengers feel similar. I know the Young X-Men do too.

Yeh family don't know huh? That's sad. I would come and visit yeh but I suppose little purple dragons like Heed ain't common in New Jersey.

No, that totally makes sense. If I was with my team I could at least get, like, gruff, fatherly pats on the head, but us representatives of the crime fighters who haven't finished high school union could usually use the boost.

Hm. Good point. Some thought will need to go into this. Maybe if I toss the idea around on some forums... A lot of the people out there really care about the younger heroes, so they'll come up with some good ideas.
