I made... mistakes. Huge ones, I can't just shrug them away and pretend it didn't happen.

You can say that all you want, but they never listen. And you know, as much as I'm sure you wanna blame yourself for everything, there are a lot of things all of us could have done differently.

It sounds like we finally agree on something.

Which is why I have to quit. It wasn't just a live I ruined, it was millions. I can't keep pretending I know what I'm doing.

I'm not gonna argue. You made a mistake. But it would be unfair of me to say "yeah Eli it's all your fault" because we all made mistakes. It shouldn't have turned out the way it did. I mean, I was the leader, I should have made sure it didn't turn out the way it did. The blame can't be placed on just one person.
